Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Howl Marketing ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your diagnosis answers, if you fill in the 3-Minute Growth Diagnosis: your answers about your business (such as revenue, order value and margin ranges, where you sell, and your marketing setup), your brand name, category and main product, any notes you add, and your email address.
- Whether you ticked the box to also receive our emails for brand founders.
- A scrambled version of your IP address when you submit the diagnosis. We store it only as a one-way hash, which we use to limit how many submissions come from one network per day. We can't turn it back into your IP address.
- What you send us when you contact us directly, for example by Instagram DM.
- Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider keeps this in standard server logs.
We don't run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site, and we don't set cookies of our own.
How we use it
- To write your diagnosis and email it to you. The diagnosis is written with the help of AI (see below) and may be reviewed by our team.
- To show your diagnosis on a private page, at a long random link that only you receive. Anyone you share that link with can open the page and its PDF.
- To follow up about your diagnosis if you reply or book a call with us.
- To send you our emails for brand founders, only if you ticked the box for them.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the diagnosis form.
- To reply to you when you get in touch.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who else handles it
We rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores diagnosis submissions.
- Anthropic — provides the AI model that helps write your diagnosis. It receives your answers, but not your email address. We use it under Anthropic's commercial terms, under which your data is not used to train their models.
- Resend — delivers the diagnosis email and, if you opted in, stores your address for our emails for brand founders.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts on this page, which means your browser requests them from Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your diagnosis answers, the diagnosis and your email address for 24 months after you submit them, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If you opted in to our emails, we keep your address on that list until you unsubscribe. Messages you send us are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
